What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

I really appreciate the intuitive interface and how it automatically populates responses into a spreadsheet-like format. The ability to filter, group, and customize views makes it incredibly flexible for both simple and complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

The most helpful about Jotforms is how easy it is to set up. I'm not a wiz with any kind of word processing software and was nervous about setting up Jotforms for our online registration. We needed something that parents could use to sign our enrollment documents electronically and I never thought that it could be this easy. Jotforms makes creating the forms super easy and going back to edit them takes no time at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

The only complaint that I have is that Jotforms only allows one person to have an account. I would like to have a second user with access to the forms, but I am the only one allowed to login with our account. I have tried to get help from Jotforms with this, but nothing they have sent to me has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

Jotform Tables is a great way of collecting and sharing data with team members for events and everyday office functions. I love how easy it is to set up a table, create integrations, and share information with other teams members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

The customer service is not efficient. Many answers and assistance have to come from forums, and if you do get a response from a JF team member, it is often not helpful. Also, I wouldn't say I like that the export process does not break down properly in some fields. For example, if you have multiple products, it will download in the same column, which does not help finalize data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If your issue is still unresolved, please feel free to reply to your tickets so we can continue to assist you until we get it right and resolve the issue for you. If you can also provide a screenshot of your issue, that would help us understand the issue better.

Regarding the export format, unfortunately, that's currently how payment data are exported to excel. Any grouped fields like Name, Address, Payment fields are placed in a single column/cell when exported to excel. However, there's a workaround to separate each payment detail into individual columns using Microsoft Excel. Check this video tutorial https://link.jotform.com/igMES68z0q. We can also open a feature request for you about this so once this feature is improved, you will be informed in your ticket. What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

The ability to collaborate with everyone in the office on one sheet, the ability to export RSVP lists/registrations, and the color coding and sorting options available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We seem to get a lot of duplicate entries on RSVP forms so we have to go in and delete a lot. Other than that it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your nice review. We are sorry though that you run into an issue. If you are still getting duplicate submissions, you may try the following as it may help prevent duplicates.

1. Add captcha into your form. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field. So whenever your customer inadvertently reloads the thank you page, it won't post the same submissions.

2. If you don't want a captcha in your form, you may consider using a custom thank you page. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission. So when their browser remembers the last page and loads it, it would be your custom thank you page.

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

The customizability of JotForms is fantastic - it is the only website we know of where we can create a customizable web form for a niche process in our company.

Using the form builder, we can customize the details in questions, as well as the appearance of our form to appeal to potential customers. We can choose the exact format of inputted responses as buttons, text fields, email addresses, phone numbers and more. We have created if and then statements that determine what questions appear based on the customer's answers throughout the form. We have also set up email automation to let the customer know that their submission has been received.

Using the PDF editor, we created a PDF document that we can download with inputs from each response to view for customer inquiries. After viewing the PDF and arriving at product or servicing recommendations, we then edit the form on our back end, choosing certain responses that relate exactly to the customer's circumstances. We created another PDF document that incorporates only the recommendations we provide once we edit the submission. Once edited and submitted on our end, this information is then translated to the PDF which is sent to the customer's email address through another email automation.

Being able to create a form for our business has allowed us to reach a wider market, and generate many conversations that lead to sales for us daily. JotForms has quickly become one of our best sales tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

Internal website changes have an impact on the operation of our form. This has happened very rarely.

Such instances relate to submitted responses appearing on the PDFs and email automation processes.

What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

Database functionality has been missing from form builders for a long time. For the last 10 years, organizations have been using a combo of forms & google sheets to implement essential business processes.

Good:

- Relational Data Guided by Forms

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

For context on the below: our Jotform account was automatically deactivated multiple times because we were attempting to prototype a Customer Support form that would help triage customer orders when submitting for support. In the form, we were collecting "Last 4 of Credit Card," which Jotform incorrectly told us is not PCI compliant**.

1. Jotform uses a number of automations to audit and turn off their users without warning. I had to check the network responses from the website to finally figure out why my account had been suspended without warning.

2. Jotform customer support is relatively inaccessible. Their primary support is a public support forum**. It is not apparent to me looking at their support form that the posts are made public, and I was asking account-specific questions.

3. When talking with someone from Enterprise Sales:

- All of my questions & concerns about the product were largely ignored

- I was continually offered a contract to sign before any of my questions were resolved

- This quote from their sales rep when I asked how I could avoid their automations after being turned off a second time: "We have over 10 million users on the standard plans, and the law of large numbers tells us we will also get some bad actors in there, so don't take it personally."

4. When I couldn't figure out why my account wasn't working, I logged in with an alternate email resulting in Jotform IP banning me. Since the IP they banned was my office, this meant I had to go over to a coffee shop to manage my paid ($90/month) subscription.

We eventually did not sign an enterprise contract with Jotform when they refused our stipulation that they would need to give us notice before turning off our account again. They eventually told us "It looks like we are too far apart on multiple fronts to reach a signed agreement." It is not acceptable to our SLAs to have any of our tools, especially Customer Support, suddenly stop working with no recourse.

Just to clarify, we allow collecting the last 4 digits of the CC number only. The rest of the CC information is still a violation of our terms.

1. There have been hundreds of thousands of forms created by users daily so it is incredibly time-consuming to review forms manually. So, we came up with a tool called Bayesian phishing filter. This tool automatically detects and suspends obvious phishing forms and it has been pretty successful doing so. If your account is suspended, contact us immediately for a review. If we don't see any violation, we will lift the suspension immediately.

2. Just FYI, tickets you create can be made private or you can request to make it private. You are right that our primary support is via our support system. We believe we provide better support through our support system because we’re able to take time to diagnose the problem and check in with our dev team without putting you on hold. We also provide support via email at support[at]jotform[dot]com. We are also gradually releasing our live chat support to all our users.

3. For Enterprise concerns, we can only suggest sending a follow to our Enterprise support at enterprise-support[at]jotform[dot]com so they can answer your questions.

4. IP bans may happen when your account has been suspended manually. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact us at https://www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can help you.

"Love It and I've Only Just Scratched The Surface"
What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

JotForm Tables is a clean way to collect and organize form responses, but what's more valuable to me is that the tables are linked directly to the form itself! I love that I can make adjustments in JotForm Tables that will carry over to the table. We use the "Inventory Widget" on almost every form we create; having the inventories update in real-time when we are making adjustments to previous responses is a game-changer for us! What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

For me, at this point, using JotForm Tables beyond just collecting the data doesn't seem intuitive. I KNOW that there's TONS of potential and functionality, but I have struggled to harness it so far. Honestly, I think there are a few factors: (1) There are so many possibilites that I don't know where to start, (2) I've over thought it and thus it's not as intuitive as I want, and (3) I just haven't spent enough time exploring it. What do you like best about Jotform Tables?

I am able to take the data that others have completed online and onsite and then everything is found orderly in the form. I can also link this data to other platforms through jotform. I actually run the entire consumer end of our operations through jotform and their tables.

Then we are able to download the data as pdf, csv or other formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Tables?

Really nothing. We even link to paypal and square all from using jotform. All the data then displays in the tables for easy referencing and data collecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
