We didn’t notice any issues yet since the implementation is still underway, but one thing we noticed that it still requires some manual daily and weekly maintenance, like maintaining the accuracy of bank balances, the budget code mapping and, in our case, uploading reports from our other systems. Kyriba provides a centralized platform which gives us a comprehensive approach to making informed cash flow and investment decisions by utilizing the different functionalities. In addition, we have seamless integration with other financial systems, which reduces manual efforts and minimizes errors. The Administration function to set up users is quite complex and does require a good understanding of the different levels of setup. What is most helpful and upside of partnering with Kyriba is that it offers scalability, accessibility from anywhere without IT intervention, automatic updates and most importantly, the ability to have most of our Treasury day to day process and functionalities in one hub. There are no dislikes/downsides we have experienced with Kyriba since we have parterned with them. Our only drawback might be dependency on internet connectivity. We need to make sure we have WiFi in order to connect to the Treasury Management System. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful component of Kyriba is the efficiencies gained. The time required to report our cash position has decreased by half. The ease of accessing an online portal with SSO and having the capability to view the cash position, process payments, and view reports in one place. The executives love the mobile access to approve payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few idiosyncrasies like BAM does not populate when a new account is added to the Core Data - Accounts module. Another issue is in the Payments module when a user tries to add an attachment to a payment, if they click the back arrow button, and do not click on the Menu - close buttons, the payment is lost and must be re-entered. Another issue with the Payments module is a payments must be approved from "outside" the payment or the transaction is not automatically remitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not very user friendly/intuitive. Navigating the screens within the system is difficult. One Kyriba expert I talked with said it takes a year to get good at navigating.
