The system is intuitive and very easy to navigate. Being a true SaaS system allows us to avoid managing system upgrades and updates ourselves. The support team is very helpful and quickly resolves our issues. Kyriba makes it easy to interface with other systems. It truly has all the functionality we need in one system. Processing times are very quick and the reporting tools are great and make it very simple to create your own reports without any technical assistance. Kyriba has also recently extended the amount of time between production and sandbox refreshes so that makes life much easier when working on implementations. We have also recently implemented interfaces with our ERP S4 Hana. This was a smooth process that went really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have a downside to report for the system. Our team is very impressed with the system.
However one dislike about Kyriba is regarding their support model. For standard support packages, you can only have three users registered to submit support tickets. If you want more, you have to pay for a premium support package. When you are a large global company with users across multiple time zones using several modules, it would be nice to have more users able to submit support tickets without paying more for it.
