What do you like best about KayaPush?

Kayapush is a great system for clocking in/out, a super simple app for employees to use to request PTO and access documents and is also very user friendly on the admin side. Making schedules and getting employees set up is very straightforward. Some things take a little time to learn (like to how to request signatures on forms or proper timing on terminated employees), but the support is great and I always get a response very quickly. As an admin I post our schedule for the whole month and then just check it about once a week to approve clock times ect. I also love the HR support through mineral, I've used that at least 6 times for various issues or policy guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KayaPush?

The only downside is not being able to fully utilize the sales to labor analysis due to us not currently using a platform with integration. Our bookkeeper also had some issues with how the journal was organized initially but I was able to put in a request to have some categories separated which fixed the problem for her. What do you like best about KayaPush?

Helpful support team, answers questions in a timely manner. This is crucial when meeting payroll deadlines and run into an issue or need something clarified.

Software is easy to navigate.

Has everything from breaks to scheduling to vacation/sick pay - including reports!

Keeps all HR forms in one place, can track new hires paperwork easily and see at any givne time what is completed and what is missing. No more chasing people down to ensure paperwork is complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KayaPush?

My only issues currently are when adding cash tips & gratuity, there is a drop down at the top that makes you select the date. This does not auto populate to the employees and it makes you select the date each time.If you forgot to enter the date at the top and enter it AFTER you entered in all the employees, it clears the entire screen and have to start over. The date was added in the past few months and has made adding tips frustrating if you forget the top date.

Employees can clock out for a break. If they miss a punch there is no way in the system to change that time. You have to change the total break amount under clock approvals. Example: employee takes a 10 min break at 9:00am. They forget to clock back in and clock in at 10:00am. It shows a 60 minute break and no way to change the clocked time, just the total amount of time - causes a margin of error when having to manually figure out total break times. What do you like best about KayaPush?

This is a very user-friendly service with great support. The implementation/integration process is hands-on, conducted by the support team, and continues throughout the software's use. I love the ability to have a paperless system, including digital signatures. Once the company's setup is complete, the onboarding is a breeze. I am in the system almost daily, using the scheduler, updating employee information, or checking timesheets. Employees and managers each have an app. There is a wonderful chat system within them, and the ability to assign tasks makes this system worth having. The help center and customer support are extremely valuable. The system is also very cost-effective! 10/10 Recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KayaPush?

What do you like best about KayaPush?

KayaPush makes scheduling easy, especially for someone who manages two different stores. By using two monitors, I can easily work through both schedules. With a simple push of a button, I can send out letters to everyone of my staff members, either through clock-in or by email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KayaPush?

At times, I find it difficult with two stores, as the schedules won't update or sync well, so I have to constantly refresh. As well, the availability function at times has become unusable, because if I attempt to fix someone's availability it adjusts all of their time-off history, so their booked time off is no longer reflected. What do you like best about KayaPush?

Push has been a great solution for us in the cannabis industry. Companies like quickbooks wouldnt handle payroll for us which is absurd in my opinion. That said, when we founf Push it proved to be a great solution for not only payroll, but scheduling and HR support as well. They are also very responsive when help s needed, and the support is out of Canada (it seems). They are easy to understand, and knowledgeable.... they always have offered a solution that worked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KayaPush?

KayaPush, for starters, has been extremely seamless in transitioning from our old software. It was very easy for us to transfer all of our employees into the Push app since swapping last year.

The support team was also very helpful in assisting us in the transition process to ensure we were able to hit the ground running with zero issues.

The overall UI experience as a manager setting weekly schedules is also easy. Like anything, when you are first learning, it can be overwhelming at first but once you figure out how to navigate the app, it is a fast and simple process of setting up that schedule on a week to week basis.

Finally, Push is fantastic at providing documentation as well as implementing different methods of management providing staff required documents that need to be signed.

I'm very happy to be apart of the KayaPush family and would recommend to any other business that needs a BETTER scheduling system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I dislike (which really, i dont even dislike, its just a hinderance) is that as a first time user, it can be difficult learning all the little tools. What do you like best about KayaPush?

I've been a long time user of Push, and have always appreciated their willingness to work with us to make the platform more supportive.

The store managers find it easy to navigate, which is great since we use it every day. I particularly enjoy the clock in & out feature with the photographs which allow us to track specific employees.
