"Desk-net connects all departments and simplifies communication"
What do you like best about Kordiam?

I am a part-time (freelance) editor and, thanks to Desk-net, I can get involved in the daily editorial planning (for various newspapers I supply). I can make announcements and schedule my research. I can commission photographers. I can plan the playout of my articles online and in print. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kordiam?

Due to the many entries from different departments, I sometimes lose the overview (even over a short period of time). But I can find my entries again using the search function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps with organization"
What do you like best about Kordiam?

We use the tool in our editorial office to plan and coordinate our daily work. It makes it easier to see, what and when other Authors are writing a text and Desknet helps us to plan our day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kordiam?

If you are editing a subject from somebody else, you usually need to stop the notifications. Otherwise, the other person who is working on a subject will get a lot of E-Mails. I think it would be better if there is no notification at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Desk-Net helps to organize our daily workflow."
What do you like best about Kordiam?

Organizing shifts and availabilities across many different offices becomes a lot easier and quicker. Having a cross desk event calendar and assigning people to events is also very helpful. In total, it offers you a lot of relevant information in a very condensed and well-organized layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kordiam?

It sometimes feels like you need one click too many to change assignments and shifts / shift notes. The basic settings also do not accommodate part-time workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for a complex tasks"
What do you like best about Kordiam?

What I love about Desk-Net is the fact that I don't really notice it: It simply works. As a journalist, it's really difficult to keep track of different tasks and deadlines, and Desk-Net helps me doing that without any problem. It's also great for team work, everyone knows what's up with a single glance. I like the design, too: It's clean and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kordiam?

For me it's sometimes a bit confusing to type in different dates. I'm not always sure where to put a certain date. And from time to time, the list of entries is sometimes overwhelming. But that's because we have so much stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly useful for our editorial team"
What do you like best about Kordiam?

The easiness of connecting different business units at one single place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kordiam?

The E-Mail, that I get, whenever someone edits a Desk-Net-Post. Maybe you could find a more convenient solution here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Rolls-Royce for editorial planning"
What do you like best about Kordiam?

Desk-Net is easy to use and allows us to keep track of tasks, story ideas and deadlines over all our editorial channels. We also use it at our communications agency's content department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kordiam?

If there are long lists and lots of tasks it might get a bit confusing. But the Desk-Net-Team is constantly improving usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
