If you're considering Luxor CRM for your business, I'd urge you to think twice. Simply put, Luxor CRM is not competitive with today's technology standards, and it struggles to meet even the basic expectations of a modern CRM platform.
The interface is one of the first major red flags. It's cluttered, unintuitive, and painfully outdated. Basic tasks that should take seconds often turn into minutes of hunting through menus, sub-menus, and confusing options. There's little logic to the layout, making onboarding new users a nightmare and severely slowing down daily operations.
When it comes to reporting Luxor is almost useless. In an era where actionable, real-time insights are crucial for decision-making, Luxor’s reporting tools feel archaic. Reports are hard to customize, lack depth, and fail to provide the dynamic analytics that businesses need today. You’ll spend more time fighting the system than actually learning from your data.
Beyond that, the overall lack of innovation is glaring. Features that are now considered basic — like seamless mobile access, AI-driven insights, customizable dashboards, and strong third-party integrations — are either missing, half-baked, or so poorly implemented that they might as well not exist. While competitors have moved forward with automation, smarter workflows, and intuitive UI/UX, Luxor CRM seems stuck in the early 2010s.
