What do you like best about Lytx?

The system has evolved over time and uses AI to improve performance. This is a great tool for on-road vehicles. The coaching dashboard and process for coaches to receive notifications and use the system is VERY easy to use and a critical component of the platform. The dashboards are easy to use and navigate which is another plus. Lytx has helped us reduce insurance claims and costs over a 10+ year period and we have saved millions of dollars over that period. What do you dislike about Lytx?

While we like the use of AI, we've had continual issues with it struggling to see seatbelts at night or with reflective gear on. We have a fleet of over 400 drivers and they don't always drive the same truck. Having to manually assign and reassign drivers takes a lot of admin work on a daily basis. Last issue, we wanted to deploy in some of our mining equipment, but had connectivity issues in remote locations so we ended up not moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lytx?

Lytx provides excellent insight on our driving behaviors. We take the good and the bad of our behaviors and provide detailed reports to our management team. What do you like best about Lytx?

The best part was the DriveCam event footage and how it automatically captured risky moments. It made coaching easier and gave us confidence when reviewing incidents. Lytx provides decent dashcam footage and event detection, which can be useful for reviewing incidents and coaching drivers. What do you like best about Lytx?

I love using Lytx because it has helped our company and our drivers in some sticky stuations. The audible alerts letting the drivers know what they need to correct is very helpful. They are older drivers and were against any form of camera but since installing and using them they now understand the importance and how it helps thm in scenarios that could have lost them their jobs. I am for the Lytx equipment and program because as a supervisor it provides me with consisent feedback opportunites and talking points when having to gice corrective action. What do you dislike about Lytx?

I don't think there are many downsides or least helpful things about Lytx. ther are some glitches but we have been able to make adjustments now knowing what they ae. The system can become blinded by glares from the sun and not recognize drivers in their seatbealts when the naked eye can see it in the video. But overall I would say it is all helpful.
