What do you like best about LiveOps?

LiveOps has a very simple and clean UI. It has just made us worry free as the load of customer support they have handled very efficiently. It's experienced team had effectively managed the communications between the stake holders. What do you dislike about LiveOps?

Sometimes we find the buggs in the updates. But the developers tries hard to make it bug free. Best feature of security system sometimes create problem to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has solved the most worrysome part of the business that is the customer support. They had managed this efficiently and we could focus on the other part the business.
