What do you like best about Purplepass?

We have been using Purplepass since 2020 for our ticketed events. They make it so easy to set-up events, help solve problems when we want to make changes, communicate quickly via phone or email, and provide excellent customer service to our patrons. Using Purplepass has made our ticketing process more streamlined, helped sell additional tickets for our program, and has allowed us to easily incorporate online ticket sales through our website for our events. What do you like best about Purplepass?

The best parts of Purple Pass were the communication and customer service and the easy to use website to track the progress of our sales. It was easy to get a hold of our representative to ask any questions or request explanation of anything. What do you dislike about Purplepass?

The only issue we had was so many banks not allowing purchases. People would have to call their bank to authorize the sales. I am not sure if this is anything Purple Pass can do on their end and I appreciate their security. I just wish there was a way to bypass this, as i do not have to do this on other platforms. What do you like best about Purplepass?

The thing I like most about using Purplepass is the terrific customer service. They are swift to respond no matter when I contact them. What do you dislike about Purplepass?

Sometimes the steps to "do everything myself" with setting up a season of events can be confusing - but I think this has to do more with user error than a flaw in the system. What do you like best about Purplepass?

I've been using Purplepass for my Halloween event for five years now, and it has consistently been an excellent tool for managing ticket sales, tracking attendance, handling revisions, managing comps, and setting up the event. I also appreciate that they offer rental equipment, but you can choose to use your own devices if you prefer. The customer service is outstanding—there is always a real person available to assist. What do you like best about Purplepass?

Purplepass is a fairly intuitive platform, easy to navigate and it takes no time to set up a new event. Their system is deigned with both the customer and the customer's audience in mind. Their staff are always prompt and friendly and incredibly helpful when you have a question. Best of all, the cost to our organization is zero, Purplepass service fees are minimal and can be absorbed by your organization or passed along to the audience member, so we just adjust out pricing to offset those small costs. What do you like best about Purplepass?

Purplepass has really helped to make the event organization and site hosting as simple as possible. The process of setting up the site was already straight forward and user-friendly with a lot of options to customize how the way your tickets are labeled, sold and distributed. The whole process was made even easier by the amazing customer support we received along the way. They were always quick to offer support and help in any way we needed, whether it be related to online support, or support troubleshooting ticket scanning hardware. As a daily user of the software, one of my favorite features is the online box office. This provides the event organizers with tools to use on the day of your event such as admitting guests, searching for orders, tracking event statements and much more. What do you dislike about Purplepass?

There haven’t been many downsides to using Purplepass Ticketing. The only thing would be that the app itself is lacking some of the features that web version offers. With strong customer support and training resources, Purplepass ensures users can make the most of the system for daily use. Our organization likes that it allows event organizers to easily create and manage events. You can customize tickets. The platform's features for on-site check-ins, including mobile and handheld scanners, are generally seen as efficient and reliable, helping keep lines moving. What do you dislike about Purplepass?

Some of the dislikes are with the refurbished equipment, printers and scanners not working properly, also, charging issues. There is a bit of a learning curve with Purplepass's back-end interface, however, the customer service team is available 24/7 to assist and has always solved the problem quickly. What do you like best about Purplepass?

Truly, the idea of totally free free tickets has changed everything we do for the better. The service is also top notch- our representative somehow always seems available! I've recommended PurplePass to multiple people who have since created their own accounts and report that it is exactly what they needed!

What do you like best about Purplepass?

The BEST parts about PurplePass ticketing are the tools, widgets, marketing integrations and ease of use wit the whole platform. If you take the time to really get to know the software it opens up bountiful possibilities for promoters and venues alike. And the Support Staff! Always timely responses, always doing their very best to make sure and issues are resolved promptly. No long wait times, no servers down for days at a time. absolutely fantastic staff.
