What do you like best about PCIPal?

The PCIpal architecture and design allow customers and agents to communicate directly (while using DTMF payments) so that there's no need to transfer to a separate secure IVR temporarily to complete secure payments. This is a boon, as customers generally hate the concept of being transferred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PCIPal?

The administrative portal feels a bit clunky. Access to logging is restricted for compliance purposes. Still, it seems that a lot more should be visible to administrators, like showing records of secured connections/failed attempts or something similar. What do you like best about PCIPal?

The upsides of using pcipal, it can be very efficient and fast when taking a card payment. Also secures the line, which helps customers feel that their details are being protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PCIPal?

The Downside of using PciPal is that it's very hit-or-miss. One day it works completely fine, no problem, next thing, it won't even let you log in. You have to reset your passwords very often, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PCIPal?

Being able to help guests/customers check out for their purchases in a secure, quick, and easy way. Guests are able to understand the tech as well and find it easy to navigate with my instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasional tech issues to arise like with most programs - I've gotten my locked out of my account for unknown reasons. Easy enough to have customer service assist in getting it unlocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PCI Pal is a great value added technology solution that integrates seamlessly into the Contact Centre environment. The platform and technology is state of the art and can be deployed easily from the Cloud. What do you like best about PCIPal?

We require a solution where the processing of cardholder data via the phone could be completely removed from the scope. PCI Pal is a primary component in our PCI DSS compliance, we no longer have any issues from storing, processing, or transmitting cardholder data. Great product and amazing support. PCI Pal support team (and in particular Jenny Reveley) were always providing updates, so I always knew where the project was up to and never needed to chase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There wasnt always a support ticket provided for queries or an online system to check progress ourselves. Fortunately, the service was 'second to none at keeping us updated so it wasnt too big a deal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
