What do you like best about PFL Direct Mail Platform?

It's nice that PFL connects with both Salesforce.com and Marketo. I could easily manage 1:1 and 1:many sends in a coordinated effort within integrated campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PFL Direct Mail Platform?

Our team would have bennefited from more creative ideas of what's next in direct mail. We struggle to know how to mazimize the value of PFL. It would be great to bring back the Big Sky event for customers to learn from each other. Also, PFLs marketing campaigns help us to see possibilities. The best thing about PFL is their people. They have a great team who was responsive and followed up with us when problems came up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PFL Direct Mail Platform?

They have a hard time quoting costs. There were several times when they had to come back to us and let us know the cost was different/more than they initially thought because they didn't think through all the costs. We were hoping to use them for kitting some materials and sending out cool boxes to prospects but PFL's costs were 5x what it would have cost us to do it ourselves.
