Overall, breaking a large projects into tasks is healthy. These tasks are then divided up, and tracked. The tracking is the key -- according to time, person, and completion. Dislikes include the ease of making the project over-complex. Technology can be easily used to create delay -- for example, if a task is delayed, and then project grinds to a halt. ProofHub is a program that is not only entirely interactive but also is complete. Every single feature that it offers is valuable and does its job well. I especially like the way it lets me organize the tasks and the Gantt charts, by putting in different templates to choose from. I think that this is a software that is an all rounder, because of its simplicity and because it offers forms to work on various projects while discussing easily with clients and my team. While implementing Proofhub into our team, we found that it was very difficult to move things from our previous software to the new one. Proofhub is packed with collaborative features that are often only found in higher-cost enterprise options. The ability to granularly track your progress through the phases of a project help keep the team on task and allow for a level of consistency which in turn allows us to hit our SLAs. We primarily considered ProofHub to solve task-related problems. But what we found instead is an all-round solution. We have genuinely loved working with ProofHub. It offers a set of robust features that let us manage every aspect of work easily and collaboratively. Custom Roles, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, Calendar, Multiple Timers, Chats, Discussions, Files, Notes, Timesheets, Reports, and ProofIng are some of the most likable features of ProofHub. I am not a big fan of investing in too many tools. Our objective with ProofHub was cooperation and following. There are a ton of tasks going on at some random time, once in a while extends inside activities. Our usage of ProofHub has enabled us to work continuously , just as confirm that the essential work is completing.
