The Product Fruits team has been fantastic since our first introduction call. I received a thorough walk-through of the services tailored to our business needs, and their support system has been excellent. Ricardo and his team have been especially helpful and responsive.

The platform itself is very user-friendly once you take the time to familiarize yourself with the features. I really appreciate that I have full control over creating and customizing tours for our company, while also having reliable support when needed. We are currently using the tours for new users, which helps alleviate the onboarding team from answering repetitive FAQs and allows employees to learn the system at their own pace.

Our IT team found implementation and integration to be smooth and straightforward, which made adoption even easier.

We use Product Fruits on a weekly basis to support onboarding and training.

Very responsive, fast AI. AI bot performance and its providing links to more information after a query is very impressive. Tooltips are very customizable and powerful. Life Ring icon in the UI can be located absolutely anywhere, and offers fine-tuned placement. News callout dialog box is well executed. UI is generally very good. Articles offer great formatting tools and copying/pasting content into them was a breeze. AI chat may be the best in the segment. Confluence integration is good as well. Implementation was a snap. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

Styles could be a bit better. the Life Ring knowledge center could offer a bit more style choices. Tooltip icons could be offered in a custom size. Sometimes Tooltips fight you a little on placement, but its still one of the best tools when it comes to TT. When the Life Ring expands to a larger help widget window, the window could be bigger/size-customizable. Analytics needs a bit more work, but it's getting there. Would prefer the option to keyword search scraped web content by default or else have it integrated as a searchable source a bit easier and not just as an ai-source, as some users still don't treat the ai bot as a search engine or use it to its fullest potential. UserGuiding and others are a bit better there, but if you're using the integrated PF knowledge base its not an issue. Some integrations require third-party tools that cost $$$$. Would like to see scraped web content embedded in life ring help center widget. As time goes on and doc moves into native knowledge centers provided by PF and others, perfectly handling and embedding web-scraped sources will be less important. I never had to talk to any salespeople and the time to value was exceptional. I wasn't willing to consider some competitors based on their hidden pricing, so PF was a refreshing change.
