Question types are numerous and analyses are plentiful with complex multivariate procedures included. Reports are of many varied types and professional lookong.

Various, easy to use, modules provide comprehensive tools to allow sophisticated survey methodologies. Customer support is also excellent so users are able to take advantage of the powerful software.

There is nothing to dislike. After a little learning curve, surveys are easily created and disseminated. There is nothing to significant to improve. QuestionPro works towad regularly improving its offerings and capabilities. It is resting on its accomplishmnets, but improvng over time. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Pacific Islander communities, part of our mission involves healthcare-related projects with a strong emphasis on data collection. For years, we relied on Google Forms and other simple tools, which were sufficient for basic surveys but quickly became limiting as our projects became more complex.

Our work often requires engaging multiple communities and tracking overlapping, correlated factors. That’s where QuestionPro has been a saving grace. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform provides us with the flexibility to design sophisticated surveys that capture the nuances of our work, while still being simple enough for non-specialists to adjust and enhance without worrying about compromising the overall survey design.

One of the most significant advantages for us is the ease with which we can obtain data in a usable Excel format. This has been a game-changer, allowing us to sanitize results, protect participant anonymity, and still share data with partners in a secure and controlled manner. Having complete control over our data sets ensures that we can honor both community trust and research integrity.

We had some problems when we switched from Qualtrics in moving our data. QPro's integration only sort of works and it's easier to do things manually.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is a useful, well polished (and mature) product. It's very customizable for surveys - each question can be customized to present the user with the most concise options. Branching logic means that irrelevant sections can be skipped for particular users based on responses, making for a more concise user experience and better completion rate. Also, the ability to validate responses for participants by a number of different methods (code/email/etc) is vital to our particular use case. QuestionPro has been vital in rapidly deploying feedback surveys, detailed questionaires, and even voting ballots. Once you know how to work with it, there's a whole host of ways it can be useful. We've only had a couple of times where we've used their customer support, but it's been top notch each time - not only did they fix my issue, but I was left with a clear understanding of how to avoid the issue in the future.
