It automates lead generation and quoting. Has reminders to follow-up clients. Its simple, but effective software. Its great to see exactly how the sales department is achieving KPI's. Easy to setup. You can integrate a lot of automation with Zappier. Customer support always replies and replies with a human response, its not automated & they listen to your requests for added features or removal/adjustment of features. It doesnt have enough follow-up reminders, fast paced sales teams, need to follow-up everyday, it only allows for 2 follow-up emails, unless you manually do them. But when you are sending 50 quotes a week this is hard to keep up with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
