What do you like best about RXNT?

Mobile app is very efficient. Much easier to use for electronic prescribing than the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RXNT?

Website interface is very bizarre menuing structures and inconsistent pathways you just have to memorize ways to do things and just try not to deviate from what you've learned. We had to call support the first time we had to edit a misspelled patient name. That's just sad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RXNT?

I don't really like it much - I use it at one of the hospitals I work at, and I'm assuming it's super cheap for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RXNT?

It's a realllllllyyy poor interface. Like most of medical software, clearly no one at this company has heard of UX design. As a programmer myself, I can tell that they have put server calls in stupid places that slows down an already slow app even further. If you click the wrong (tiny) button even once, you'll be waiting a while... This could be easily solved by pre-caching (the app looks and feels like a PWA, so I'm assuming that's what it is). The service worker could be pre-fetching data to improve responsiveness, but ... it doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RXNT?

The layout is OK at best but it will take the team ages to make changes for you. That really is all the good news. Otherwise, the system is awful, and I spend more time trying to make the software work than working the software. I've started dozens of "fix it tickets" only to have the same problem creep up again and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RXNT?

It is incredibly glitchy and slow to adapt when changes are needed. Information gets lost or doubled and re-doubled. There is never live help when you need it. This is the worst EHR I've used and have worked on many over the last 30 years in the business. Additionally, advertizements constantly take up screenspace and distract you while working on a patient chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The availability to easily review patient payment history and the reports are not set up as user friendly as other software I have used in the past. Customer service.

I have had 2 different times I have put in tickets for glitches that my RXNT representative could not figure out why they were happening and when a ticket is put in it has taken over a month or more to get them resolved, and I am not followed up with in between to let me know it is still being worked on. What do you like best about RXNT?

The system has had an upgrade. It is so much easier to read and so much better to navigate through. I can read everything so much better now and the way the system operates gives you the control needed to correct any mistakes that come about. I love the graphics because you automatically know how to navigate to where ever it is you want to go. The billing has just gotten easier. There are so many new features that need to be explored and the system lets you maneuver so much easier. I love this system. There has not been any time that customer service has not responded to my inquires. The self help portal was an amazing tool. I have never had to worry about contacting the help desk because they are there to answer all of your questions and concerns but I feel the ease of using the self portal to answer any question about the system with a full explination of how to work and navigate through. What do you dislike about RXNT?

Since the upgrade, I have not had any of the issues that I have had previously. As with all computers, the system will freeze up, but it has not happen since the upgrade. I used to have problems pulling up the claims but so far, the system has run smoothly. We did at one point and time have issues sending out prescriptions, but since contacting the RXNT team, that problem is the thing of the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RXNT?

I am an academic physician with experience in numerous EHR apps including Epic and several others. No other software is as flexible and user friendly. This is critical for saving time and being efficient in a busy practice. The support is the best and worth the $, someone always there to help, even a sophisticated user. Good value as well. What do you like best about RXNT?

We use RxNT for E-Prescribing at Boston University, we rolled out 3 weeks ago and it has made the whole process of prescribing easier for both patient and providers.

It is easy to use, intuitive and integrates seamlessly with our EHR #SALUD.
