The ability to upload or email in receipts makes this a platform every company should be eager to adopt. I've heard the horror stories of Concur from colleagues and when I pull up and describe Rydoo, the envy is palpable. From an employee standpoint I have everything I need. Forwarding forwarded receipts (personal email to company email to Rydoo) can get tricky for the AI bot to detect. First world problem and easy to get around. Only other potential 'bug' to work out is notifications around items that need to be sent back for review - had a couple things hung up when there were adjustments needed. Well, the platform has it's annoyances, particularly on the the administration-side. Since we have a rather complex/extensive setup, with lots of 'expense-profiles', the many inpracticalities of the administration module give our administrators a lot of overhead in maintaining the system. The receipt scan option makes it easy to upload my receipts but also saves time in entering the details like amount, currency and Merchant.

The scan takes longer to read the details of handwritten receipts or reads them wrongly. Maybe the tool can be trained to read better in this case.
