Raken has been a huge time saver. Daily reports, custom checklists, safety protocols, and photos are all streamlined, and I can get accurate updates from the field without chasing anyone down. The app is simple enough for the crews to use but gives me all the detail I need to stay on top of the job.
It keeps communication clear between the field and office, cuts down on paperwork, and helps projects run smoother overall. For me, it’s made managing multiple jobs a lot less stressful.

I don't have any major dislikes other than me needing to take the time to learn and implement all of the features. I would like to see some additional administrative project management tools. Some way I can track job cost and schedules. It would also be handy if the "incidents" feature was customizable and expandable in the same way checklists are.
