It works pretty consistently across platforms and devices. We use it almost daily. It's really easy to use. I've never needed to contact support or even look up any help online. Some features, such as isolating a single display, only work on Windows, not Mac. We used the free version for several years. When that product tier was eliminated we did some product comparison and found that it's a bit more expensive than some competitors. There isn't a tier that's a good fit for us.
