What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I have been using Ring central every day for years across several contracts and they have always been reliable and clear. Anytime I have had an issue their customer service was able to fix it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Access, But Call Quality Can Improve"
What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I love RingCentral for its easy setup and access, which significantly helps our sales department. It permits seamless text communication and phone calls, increasing accessibility for us and our agents. Its agility saves us time, making it efficient and better than our previous solution. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

I find the quality of the calls to be inconsistent. Sometimes the call quality is low or medium, which seems to depend on the internet connection and service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

RingCentral is an outstanding cloud-based communication platform that combines reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. The setup process is quick and straightforward, and the system works flawlessly across all my devices—desktop phone, computer, and smartphone. This seamless integration is especially important in my current role, where I split my time evenly between the office and working remotely.

One of RingCentral’s greatest strengths is its ability to deliver a consistent user experience regardless of location or device. The HD video and audio conferencing features are crystal clear, and our team relies on them daily without ever encountering issues or dropped connections. Both the mobile and desktop apps are intuitively designed, making it easy for anyone on our team to navigate and use the platform effectively.

What really stands out, though, is RingCentral's customer service. Every time I’ve reached out with a question or needed assistance, their support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to ensure issues are resolved thoroughly, and their professionalism gives me confidence that we’re in good hands.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I hate Ring Central's customer Service so much that i cannot see anything positive at the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Service. I have opened 3 cases about the same issue in past 8-9 days. I get canned responses and nobody knows what they are talking about. Outsourced customer services who dont know what they are talking about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

The ringcentral app allows you to make and receive calls on your personal device without having to give out your personal number. When you make a call through the app your business number will show up. This is great for high call volume positions when you may need to make or take calls even when out of the office. Text messages delete automatically after so many days. This can make it hard if someone reached back out to you since the messages are no longer there to know where in the conversation to pick back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
