What do you like best about StatSocial?

StatSocial stands out for its powerful and intuitive audience clustering capabilities. The platform makes it easy to build custom audiences quickly, whether you’re starting with a topic, an influencer, or a set of behaviours. I particularly value the flexibility to build different types of audiences based on the specific insights I’m after—be it psychographics, influencer affinity, or brand interests.

The automatic insights generation is another strong point. The way the platform surfaces relevant interests, brands, and influencers followed by an audience is both fast and well-formatted, making it easy to extract value without excessive manual analysis. The interface itself is clean and user-friendly, which makes the entire experience feel quite seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StatSocial?

First, I’d like to see more granularity in audience building, particularly with demographics. Currently, the available filters feel somewhat limited for creating highly tailored audiences.

Second, there’s occasionally a lack of clarity around the logic being applied during audience creation. It's not always obvious whether a condition is being treated as a filter (narrowing the audience) or an inclusion (adding to it). A more transparent logic builder or visual indicator would help.

Lastly, when analysing followers of multiple creators, adding them individually can be a bit of a chore. It’s a minor gripe, since bulk analysis isn’t something we do often, but having a bulk upload feature would save time when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StatSocial?

I like how easy it is to pull data from statsocial, and how applicable/flexible it is across industries and types of social media. I like the breadth of information available on statsocial and the summary graphics page, which is visually very helpful. The customer service team is always very responsive. What do you dislike about StatSocial?

I wish that Statsocial had clearer labels. I have to email sometimes to understand what certain sections or personalities mean (e.g., B2B, personas). I also think that down the road it would be helpful to have "pre-set" audiences in stat-social. For example, if I want to look at a sustainability audience specifically, I could filter on for all of the relevant variables for sustainability across sections instead of parsing manually through each section to find what I need. The unease with some of the search options, if we're looking for a brand but don't have the exact user it'd be nice if we could still search for the company for instance if the Instagram account is Nordstrom but the user handle is NordstromUS it might not always populate. I use StatSocial every day. I love how customer focused StatSocial is as a product and with their support. They definitely take the user experience into consideration with every feature design, making the product easy to use, and effective for its desired purpose. Every time I have had a question or technical issue, StatSocial responds and resolves quicker than any other company that I have previously worked with - seriously impressive. What do you like best about StatSocial?

Statsocial have been our key data partner for over 6 years in the consumer insights space. The data they provide is of high quality and has the right level of granularity which is needed to develop key consumer insights for audience development and personalization use cases. They are very approachable and always available to collaborate and solution on new & innovation use cases. The entire team which they bring along to service a request – leadership, services, sales, and data SMEs are very cooperative and easy to work with. My team likes working with them and with time and right coaching have good command on their data which we use in in nearly every consumer project for our clients. What do you like best about StatSocial?

StatSocial can target audiences that no other vendor/partner can. Social media targeting is great for getting customers of specific brands as well as reaching specific job titles and those hard to reach/niche audiences. StatSocial also has effective affiliations. We have had particular success with targeting owners ofspecific car brands. Last but certainly not least, StatSocial has tremendous customer support. The team is responsive, helpful and transparent. What do you dislike about StatSocial?

There is no company size or company revenue targeting which are common parameters for many of our studies. We have also had many frequent trouble shooting issues, particularly slow loading times for generating and delivering audiences. When this happens, I have to email the team and wait for the issue to be resolved.
