Being a Data Entry User, there is some nonavailability of features that hurts to the User.

There is a special additional module for integration with SAP Business One, it works through menu codes, it is a very stable module with many functions. With this special module, it is very easy to integrate and perform automations in SAP Business One. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes some menu items could not be detected correctly, so some "clicks" in SAP failed, but it was easily replaceable with another command or way to perform the action, for example, shortcuts. Overall, very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simplicity of its function for example when you are doing an item-related order on the system you can copy the data from excel and paste the same into the system and it captures within seconds, You do not have to key in the same one by one.

I dislike how they are so many modules, I would prefer if the same can be simplified to narrow the same into a few modules, for example, the inventory module can be merged with purchasing module to reduce the number of times you have to switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hard to use

Finding thr right things to add is very difficult

The Standard Reports, which come with SAP Business One, the Query generator tool, the relation map feature, the customizable dashboard widgets, no software comes close to SAP Business one it terms of features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The client software cannot be installed on MAC OS; the client software only works with Windows 7,8,8.1,10,11 and windows server. And The SAP Partners (you need to sign a contract with an SAP Partner to get support from SAP. You cannot directly contact SAP for technical support. Simple approach but flexible, easy to integrate, and a growing solution

In projects, financials have a natural integration with all the administrative aspects, and the AddOns are very flexibles to customize the enterprise needs; we believe that they have good support for the platform system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basically, we had a limited user license; we tried to create add ons to give more flexibility to the system, but making this add on took a lot of time to design and quite a bit to integrate into the company. SAP B1 is very simple and user friendly ERP for a SME(small to medium enterprise). I used this ERP for more than 5 years and find it very helpful in retreiving data and using it in decision making. You can develop your own reports for daily, monthy and yearly analysis. You can switch easly between two different modules.I will strongly recommend new businesses to go for SAP B1 ERP. Secondly it was very easy to export data from Sap B1 to MySap as when my company decided to switch to MySap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the begining you can face some issues in using this ERP because of lack of training but with the passage of time you find it very user friendly. It lacks some of the security features as MySap has better security features than Sap B1 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
