It is extremely complicated on the backside. You need technical support to fix any issues, and this service is costly. You have to pay for it every year whether you use it or not, and the cost will accumulate if you skip a year. For example, if you decide not to pay for tech support for two years, you will have to pay the two years plus the current year to start receiving tech support again. Also, integration is difficult.
