"A solid platform without over engineering"

What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

Setting up an auction website can feel daunting if you are a volunteer and part of a duct-tape-chewing gum organization that is trying to do some good. We were happily surprised that as a non-tech, non-millenials, we were able to get setup in just a couple of hours. And with the support of help videos and email support, schoolauction.net was able to do everything we needed at a reasonable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

We were not a fan of the name (SchoolAuction.net) as we are not a PTA or a school affliated organization. However, tha's how we know about the platform (gateway?) from our elementary-volunteer days. Thankfully they has the solution for this - Tofino, so win-win.

I have loved our experience using SchoolAuction.net and would 10/10 recommend to others! The initial training, how to videos and tutorials are spot on and if I'm ever unable to figure something out their customer service is fast and friendly. In terms of adding pictures to your outgoing emails, our software does allow you to add banner images or logos to the email header and footer, but we don't currently support adding images to the body of the email templates. What do you like best about SchoolAuction.net?

There seems to be functionality for just about any use case or combination of use cases between live, virtual, and hybrid auction and event-based fundraising initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolAuction.net?

The initial load times in the Chrome browser for some devices are too long, I worry about visitor's attrition before they even land on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SchoolAuction.net solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our auction is organized with support from community volunteers and so software that can keep disparate people coordinated and organized is paramount. This software is intuitive to use but also has a deep well of easy-to-access features and analytics that make it a good fit for a small team leaning on volunteer support to orchestrate a complex hybrid fundraising event.
