Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm so glad you find our software to be user-friendly and you appreciate all the post-auction reminders as well. As for max high bid visibility, one of our reasons against making them visible was that it could lead to an unethical advantage for chairs to be able to see them, especially if chairs are bidding themselves, so it was done in the consideration of fairness - I can see how that information could be valuable for you to see though. We're glad to hear that SchoolAuction.net has been beneficial in managing your annual gala and has made planning and running your event easier for your team. And to address your comment about migrations (aka carrying over data from previous years), in our help doc we suggest migrating over donors and items and then deleting what you don't need, which is kind of the same as hiding them but more effective in our opinion. It seems like just as much work to filter them before the migration. We'd also suggest that you merge users after a migration...to reduce clutter that can come from previous events.

Your refund was pro-rated based on the several hours of personalized Zoom and email support our team provided before cancellation. While many customers are able to set up their events independently, we’re always happy to provide one-on-one assistance when extra support is needed. Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed our timely replies from the Support team and found the reports helpful. Good news—our software does support directly emailing gift certificates to auction winners. I've included the link for more info on how to do that below (G2 won't let me change the link name from what they've assigned it - "See how SchoolAuction.net improved" - but it contains the right info).

You're right that header images sometimes require tweaking, since they automatically resize based on device screens. For best results, we recommend images that are at least twice as wide as they are tall. This helps ensure the banner displays well across a range of devices and minimizes resizing issues. More tips on images can be found by searching our Help library for the article titled "Uploading a Banner Image" (I'd include the link here for you but unfortunately I'm limited to 1 link on this platform). Or you can always reach out to our Support team for more help with image sizes.

For the text messages, we will take this into consideration for future updates. And for the processing fees, we now have two options for asking your supporters to cover fees/costs associated with your event: Offset Processing Fees (only) and the Last Ask (configurable for donations to cover cc fees, as well as other fees/expenses).
