I like how it is easy to use, transfer data into it, and navigate the interface. The number of features it has is quite impressive. Also, the support database is reasonably practical, especially with options like live support, tutorials, help docs, and my favourite, AI, which helps me a lot with many issues. What do you like best about Softr?

I love how every little piece of the software is able to be customized, especially when you import data from sources. Additionally, the ability to have features available to logged in users is incredibly powerful, and is what I am currently building my app on. I will be using this as often as I can to build applications, especially for clients. What do you like best about Softr?

Softr software is our superglue between airtable as the data source and user interactions. Several integrations complete the picture, but Airtable and Softr are the perfect match and make building external/internal web or web app services a breeze. The core product is just great - but there s more when you consider how the team commits to further development. Two metrics outline, why I consider Softr outstanding: Time to respond is the first indicator that helps you at least to address your topic to the right person. The easiest way to do this is Softr Slack. Most topics have been addressed already and are already solved or on the roadmap. The community is an incredible source of inspiration. The second metric is "time to resolve" for a new request that hasn´t been on the roadmap. In my case, that related to the airtable API (internal exposure) and was neither production critical nor an obvious sales impact. Getting this on the roadmap and solved within 4 weeks is super fast - actually, with most complex tech stacks - I had expected a turnaround time of 6 months at least. My 1o cent for further development and food for thought is to outline the backup restore process. However, Softr lives on AWS (nothing get´s lost on AWS), and eventually, something I just haven´t found. The SEO functionalities are early stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the cost of accessing advanced features like multiple user groups to be quite high, especially for new users or small startups. The professional plan, which allows for the creation of multiple user groups, is priced at $167 per month. This is quite expensive at zero users. It would be beneficial to have these custom user groups feature available at a lower tiers, albeit with a cap on the number of app users, to reduce the initial barrier to entry.
