Not really dislike, but sometimes I missed to have more notifications as admin of the tool. As in, when a case was created, even though its not assigned to me, I would like to see that there is a case running and that someone is handling it. I only got notifications of the cases when they were directly assign to me, but not of the rest. I think it will be cooler if in the dashboard the admin can have full visibility of how much your company is using the tool, without revealing the content of the cases of course, just the numbers.
