I used to be a client of Spyne. I had to leave because they continued to over-promise and under-deliver. The CEO himself told me he would refund my unused $600, which hasn't happened and it's now been 6 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spyne?

What do you like best about Spyne?

Spyne's AI is one of the best I've seen in the market. And their staff and level of support is fantastic! We use their API and the integration was straight forward and very easy to implement. They are consistently adding new features, like vehicle shine, and 360 spin. I highly recommend Spyne and the entire team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spyne?

We need to process our photos multiple times to get what we call a brand and brandless look. This is because not all photos look good with the logo on the booth wall. What do you like best about Spyne?

Spyne is a great tool for dealers that are in a seasonal climate, like my dealership which is in New York. The seasons can change faster than the inventory at the shop, and processing our vehicles with Spyne is going to save us time taking new pictures! It looks very professional, and has already increased our online lead counts. The representative that helped us sign up was very thorough in explaining how it works, and for someone who is good with computers it is easy to use their software. They even allow you to flag certain photos that the AI did a less than perfect job and their personal team will correct it for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spyne?

The marketing team was very assertive, budget approval takes some time at our store and they were calling me multiple times a day at times. Great asset to have as a company, but it was sort of a turn-off as a potential client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spyne?

Not only does Spyne provide an excellent end product, they have worked closeley with us to adapt to our specific needs. With overy 400 Franchise Dealers, it would have been difficult to completely overhauld our internal processes. We worked together and found solutions to meet our requirements for ease of integreation, speed to market, quality and adaptability. The customer support from everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with so far: Rachit, Ritika, Deepak, Manan, Agrim, Afnan, and Jagrit (apologies if I missed anyone) has been amazing. They have have all been professional, responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to collaborate with.

Ease of implimntation was unsurpassed and our desired end results were achieved. While we started off slow with volume, one day we jumped from the hundreds to a few thousand and didn't miss a step. We have steps that require human interaction on our end as well as automated processes that have simply worked withtout missing a beat. In the rare instance that we need to manually process an image or seat of images, the ease of use with that tool was amazing

I specifically appreciate how, on our calls, they make it a point to have all the necessary people present that can influence change. They approach their product and service much the way we do in that there CAN be a solution to almost scenerio and we greatly appreciate that. As stated, with over 400 Franchise Dealers, it is hard for us to switch direction and change global processes.

My experience with the solution has been exceptional. It offers all the capabilities I need to grow my business and they have an incredible customer service. My account manager, Rachit, always has a solution for any of my needs. The agility, flexibility, and customer orientation they demonstrate at every step we have done are simply unbeatable.
