What do you like best about Squid?

The person-level identification is impressive. I can actually see who's visiting my site with names, companies, contact details which is supercool and I can easily connect it to Hubspot and get the leads in there without making them fill out forms. Setup took literally 2 minutes. For a free tool as a starting point, it delivers real value immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Squid?

The only downside I've seen so far is if I delete someone that I don't want to track and they come back to the site, it tracks them again. But this could be a feature or setting that I may not have enabled or available on a higher plan. Other than that it's a solid product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Squid?

As a small agency, before Squid, we had no clear visibility into who was visiting our clients’ sites or what they were doing. Now we can see exactly who’s coming, what pages they’re viewing, where they came from, and when. It’s helped us refine messaging, improve conversion flows, and actually prove impact.

The VisitorID feature is huge - being able to identify visitors and take action has opened up new conversations and even added a new revenue stream for us. Clients love it and it is quickly becoming a big differentiator for us.

Support has also been excellent. Fast, thoughtful, and helpful - not just tech support, but real “how-to-get-more-value” conversations when we need it.

If you’re running an agency and want to offer real insights (not just fluff), Squid is a must-have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Squid?

Not really a dislike, but probably better filtering would be nice. They are constantly pushing updates - like daily. The product has been improving and just getting better. So, I hope to see better filtering soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Squid?

The Squid team loves what they do and they want their customers to love both the value they get out of the product as well as the experience using it.

I have about 10 customer’s websites on Squid now so the reporting I automated was hitting my inbox 10 at a time.

I asked them if they could create a new report for me that pulled the report data from all 10 sites into a single report delivered via just one email.

With no hesitation, they just said “Yeah. That makes sense. We’re on it. We’ll reach out when it’s ready.”

They called a couple times over 2-3 weeks for feedback as choices came up. And then they were done. I got a text from the CEO telling me the first unified report should be in my inbox and that they took the liberty of turning off the 10 single-report automations for me.

I got exactly what I wanted. I got it quickly. This is old school customer service from proud owners who work hard to do better every day. You can’t go wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Squid?

The visitor ID has the highest hit rate I have come across, and I have tried multiple tools, from RB2B to etc. The analytics and heatmaps replaced LuckyOrange and have even been top of my list over Google Analytics. Its a go to destination for my website needs. With 35,000 visits a month, I needed to know who was coming in, convert them, and know where to improve. Squid is my answer.

Easy to use and even install...it gives me a direct feed to Slack and right to my cold email system with a stop at Make...

The support is fantastic as well - I have spoken to the CEO directly, as well as the head of development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
