How do I link to the full TV or radio show site?
I'd like to link to the show or website for the show from which a clip came from. Am I missing that, or is there a way to get there?
What is the best way to cut down on non related clips that have likeness in your organization name.
Sometimes I get clips from the closed captions that have our name in likeliness but not the same organization.
If someone in your organization has a common name, how can you eliminate alerts on others with the same name?
One of my staff is named Jimmy Stewart and I get alerts on every media reference to the actor.
Is there a way to double up on keywords?
One of my coworkers has a common name and we often get stories that pop up from other folks of that name. Is there a way to pair keywords together so we can filter out Kyle Charles mentions that aren't about the blood center?

I know they come through an email within a few minutes, but it hard to keep track of each individual clip

Is there a way to transfer or duplicate our media center to more than one login?
Right now, all the media for the lifetime of our account is stored under my login. Would be nice to have a backup or another way to access in case I leave the organization.
