Excellent for virtual client tax organizers, and from the client's point of view, it shows where they are in the process (status tracking). This can be sent to clients via a link in your yearly emails or provided to them as needed. Also great for the tax preparer for workflow planning and assigning clients to different team members. The client portal & invoicing are a great addition as well for clients to be able to upload more info & pay for tax prep. It also includes e-signature capabilities which is also great. It can be a pricey addition to your tax office. It is convenient and with many useful features but not a necessity to run your tax office. So if you have the extra to spend it may be worthwhile to add this and see if it helps improve workflow and customer satisfaction. They do offer a free review before committing to paying.
