What do you like best about TechSee?

Through TechSee, we can fix an issue common, especially for newer agents where they are unsure what the customer can see and so the steps we are providing them are based purely on Knowledge base articles, if the customer can't see it, then we can't tell them where in the page it is as we wouldn't know either. What do you dislike about TechSee?

The website UI feels a bit outdated, as when we were receiving the training, the page bugged on us during the training. That was when the feature was supposed to be showcased to us so if it were to happen during an actual call, it could cause panic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TechSee?

It gives you a user friendly experience, it's easy to handle quality I really liked about it , one of the best thing about it that it supports IOS and Android both Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TechSee?

Sometimes it's take time to load and the link which we sent it expires very soon , If link expires time could be longer than the current one , time of loading the app could be improved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
