It is very easy to create chatbot flows, using an internal knowledge base (easily uploaded and updated), and connections with any other SaaS tool you may be using (CRM, mailing, etc.). It is amazing that it can be connected to databases as well, and query the data client is asking for in real time, respecting all security rules you put in place. Tiledesk team is super responsive, both for small inquiries and bug fixes, as well as feature requests - quite often we talked about small needs, and in the next release found the features ready to be used!
