"The horizon view is simply awesome for long term tracking."
What do you like best about Timestripe?

The feature that really sells it for me in TImestripe is the horizon feature. Being able to look at tasks from day, week, month, quarter, year and lifetime give me as a Director at a film production company the ability to think long term. Its really important to be able to prioritise effectively and this does just that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

I think there are a few gimmicks - they have built in templates to help you build habits and I find that generally none of these stick. The core focus should be around horizion and making as little friction to allowing people to get their tasks in. Habits should be for another software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Real long-term planning for life"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

Before Timestripe, I tried several planning apps, but they all ended up as tools for procrastination and guilt. Timestripe changed that—its long-term planning and task-breaking features help me tackle big projects by splitting them into smaller steps, each with a realistic deadline.

The boards feature turned Timestripe into my life’s command center. I store notes, resources, links, and everything I need quick access to — all in one place.

The gamification is one of my favorite parts. Earning points, beating records, and logging in daily helped me build a solid planning habit over these nine months.

I also rely heavily on web access — it lets me open my planner on any device, anywhere.

And the iPhone app’s haptic feedback? It’s amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

I still haven't figured out how to use the Climbs tool effectively. While I see its potential, I find the interface difficult to navigate, the selection process cumbersome, and I can't quite grasp how to properly organize everything within this feature.

I'm also not using the Apple Watch app because it lacks a crucial function: watch face complication. Without this feature, the app simply isn't practical for wrist use.

Another pain point is the unclear storage limits. At some point, I stopped being able to attach documents, but I still haven't understood why this happened or how to fix it. The storage system needs to be more transparent.

Ald i really miss a proper deadline feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Get a holistic view of your plans"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

One of Timestripe’s standout features is its “Horizon” view, which provides a clear overview not just of daily tasks but also of plans spanning months and even years and that at one place. This long-term perspective is something I needed which can get you out of your short-focused mindset and nudges you to think of your plans as months and years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

One of the most notable drawbacks is the lack of integrations with other popular calendar and productivity tools. While it offers some integration to push tasks to its own calendar, the absence of a two-way sync with widely used platforms is a limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Planning with Purpose"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

Timestripe is a brilliant tool that helps me not only plan ahead but also reflect on what I’ve accomplished. It’s like having a personal coach with a calendar! The structured layout and long-term vision boards keep me focused, while the weekly and daily views make execution feel manageable. It’s clean, motivating, and actually fun to use. Timestripe doesn’t just track time — it makes it meaningful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

While Timestripe is a powerful planning tool, I did run into some bugs during use — occasional glitches with loading and syncing disrupted the flow. It’s a bit frustrating when you’re in the zone and the tool hiccups. Hopefully, these issues get ironed out in future updates, because the core idea is solid gold. "Golden mean between short-term and long-term life planning"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

I'm using Timestripe actively more than a year for now since I've found an exact fit for my needs in it.

For time-sensitive events I use default calendar and for big epic things in life I just use my head — there aren't many of them.

Timestripe for me is the perfect tool for storing mid-term goals — the ones that easily slip yours mind, but are still important and improve your life quality.

Moreover, since I've started travelling a lot, I store all my tickets, bookings, forms and other documents in Timestripe — it allows to easily categorize it so I can open something at the airport in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

Loading/creating states should be improved — usually it's not clear whether the task is saved / file is loaded, especially when you have poor internet connection. Sometimes you assume something is done but it actually isn't and the next time you open the app you realise you lost some of the progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Task / Goal manager I've ever used"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

I am blown away by Timestripe. i've tried every single app on the market and never felt satisfied. I love the fact that I can so easily bounce between a macro and micro view of all my todos and goals. It's really amazing. The IOS experience is also great. I use it every single day. What do you dislike about Timestripe?

I'd love it to have a native mac app. MACOS does support the ipad app though and it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great goal orientated planner"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

The goal orientation plan. It is great to clarify how to get there, and it starts from the Life Goals, wow! I love it! I haven't use the customer support, yet but I like their communication. Right now I'm using it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

Right now nothing, it can get better on the mobile app, but I'm sure it will, I may use it on linux thanks to the webapp and that's awsome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A single application that does everything effortlessly."
What do you like best about Timestripe?

I've been hopping from one application to another, as any individual application does one thing well, which has become extremely cumbersome. I was looking for an application that does everything like Goal tracking, habit tracking, task management and planning my calendar based on a week, month, quarter and a year, and Timestripe seamlessly does all of that effortlessly. I couldn't be happier as I don't have to keep shuffling between various applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

Inability to set a Focus mode which silences all notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really easy to use"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

Super user-friendly, clear layout. I usually need time to get used to new apps, but this one felt intuitive right away. Setup was quick and easy too. Totally recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

Haven’t run into anything so far — but I’m mostly using it for small tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most complete and thoughtful planning app I've seen"
What do you like best about Timestripe?

Timestripe completely changes the way I think about goals and in an amazingly positive way. My planning is more thoughtful and strategic than it has ever been thanks to the "planning horizons" paradigm, the Climbs feature, widgets, and the sheer flexibility of the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timestripe?

I wish the phone widgets were interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
