My favorite thing I have learned and ALWAYS follow: if I have answered the same question 3 times, it needs a Trainual! Customer Support is TOP NOTCH. We use Trainual every single day. I wish I didn't have to upgrade to get the other features. I spend a lot of money on it already. The upgrade isn't TOO expensive comparatively but it puts it over my budget and that makes me sad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
