Truckpedia is the first transportation management software that I have used and I can say its definitely a time saver. Henry was the first person that I had a chance to speak with regarding the software and he has been great from the beginning. No pushy sales gimmick, just honesty responses to my questions, and if he didn't know, he knew someone that did. Getting started was pretty easy. The process of setting up customers, inputting loads, following them through, and then invoicing is made easy with technology/AI. I use this software daily and it has definitely made my operation more efficient. There are a lot of great features that I have still yet to utilize, but look forward to in the future. Customer service has been good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides are minimal, but still a nuisance. I personally feel like the software is overpriced for its current state. The software is fully customizable, but there are a lot of features that I feel like should be standard for the industry that just aren't there yet, and although I know these things are coming, it doesn't happen very quick. Also, the lack of training material is annoying. The software is pretty easy to navigate through, but some customer service requests could easily be solved with a better training database. The growth of the software has been slightly annoying at times as well. I've had situations where after using the system in a certain form for awhile, it all of a sudden changes without notice, then I have to relearn the way it works and these changes aren't anything that makes it better, just changes the screen views and prompts. A warning when updates are going to be released and what changes are going to be made would help a ton. Maybe I'm expecting too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
