Very solid LMS solution. Easy to install and easy to learn.

Excellent customer service, technical support and training.

Lack of flexibility on billing per active users to reflect high and low peaks of activities during the year.

What do you like best about uxpertise LMS?

We decided to go with Uxpertise's LMS solution since it has a simple interface to get up and running quickly and had excellent onboarding support. Its more advanced features and a robust set of APIs will allow us to expand its capabilities when we are ready to take advantage of them. It is a good mix of a well-designed interface, excellent support, and allows us to do enough ourselves to make it the right solution for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about uxpertise LMS?

I would say the reporting features could be more customizable to allow us to create more tailored infographics to present the KPIs to management. By no means are they bad in any way, but since I am being asked which area causes some friction, this is about the only thing I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about uxpertise LMS?

On the user side, the platform offers a smooth and intuitive experience. Our clients find the environment easy to navigate, thanks to a well-thought-out design that promotes autonomy.

As an administrator, I emphasize the great ease of use. No advanced technical expertise is required: the guides are clear, well-structured, and effectively support each step. Adding online training is done without difficulty, and the learner tracking tools are both comprehensive and easy to consult.

Finally, the technical support is a real asset: responses are quick, the service is professional and always offered in a friendly spirit.

They make a lot of updates and the reports are increasingly complex to use. For many, it is becoming a bit too complex. The completion of the training is indicated at 100% even if a student has not passed the exam. Uxpertise saved our life when we needed super quickly an LMS. They have a really great customer service and it's easy to to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your wonderful comments. I am pleased to let you know that it is possible for learners to add events to their personal calendar using an .ics file sent automatically by email. Furthermore, there is a new setting enabling you to permit trainers to change the meeting links. I will ask our support team to contact you to provide more detail. :)
