"A great enterprise engagement tool"

What do you like best about Vevox?

What I love most about Vevox is the motivated team, especially the CSMs like Louis Terry and Lewis Thompson, who have been instrumental in helping us get value from the tool. Their support, including documents, videos, and webinars, is excellent. Regular cafes with them have fostered strong relationships with stakeholders, leading to valuable use cases. For instance, in our Wells business, Vevox is used for training hundreds of users before exams, and the self-paced quizzing feature is fantastic. Another example is using Vevox polling in town halls to facilitate safety conversations. The PowerPoint integration makes presentations seamless. Overall, Vevox is easy to administer and manage, with great support information for end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vevox?

Lack of feedback and agility from the dev team to respond to customer feedback- for instance -we have shared a list of feedback and product improvements . This has been shared directly from the business - however I have not seen any progress on the feedback shared .

I would like regular updates from the dev team on this - Louis and Lewis have the list of updates . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vevox?

Nothing really, I wish Vevox had more survey features so we would need to purchase separate tools for that but otherwise, everything is ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your feedback about wanting more survey features, we currently offer the following functionality on our survey feature:

- Import surveys from another session or shared by another Vevox user.

- Pre-prepared surveys, simply add the tried and tested survey questions from Vevox's template library.

- Run unlimited surveys. (You can even run multiple surveys simultaneously on our Institution or Enterprise plans!)

- AI generated surveys

- Set correct answers to switch surveys to self-paced quizzes

- Create surveys using 6 different question types
