What do you like best about VideoCom?

VideoCom is a very simple to use as users are supposed to just follow the simple setup to record the video they want. The platform helps the support agents to have a better understanding and solve customer issues with ease as it enables real-time visual assistance. What do you dislike about VideoCom?

There is not much to complain about the platform but it could be a great platform if the marking and editing features could be more. I also dislike the fact that If one has more videos on the PPT it would sometimes refuse to import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VideoCom solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software is great as it saves a lot of time as it takes a short time to import slides and begin recording. The platform has CTA features that allow the user to add links on certain websites that the user wants customers to check after watching the recorded videos.
