What do you like best about Wavetec?

Customers and staff members are thrilled to have a product that offers online appointments and a virtual ticketing system. Additionally, the ease of the system, including the dashboard and reporting mechanisms, has been awesome! The SMS notification system has also been a great help since the office has a smaller waiting area, and the customers and staff love it. Wavetec also provides great customer support and responds to inquiries within minutes! Special requests and other inquiries are always addressed, and we truly appreciate the support. What do you dislike about Wavetec?

I will be honest and admit that the self-install option was not optimal for our operations as we did not have the appropriate or available resources to deploy the systems as desired. As a result, our limited IT resources required additional coordination which extended the installation process and timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to reboot the system multiple times when there is a connectivity issue. Only 1 person is able to login in to a counter and if that person is still logged in, no one else can login in on that particular counter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
