What do you like best about When I Work?

It is working really well and easy to use on the users end and schedulers end Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

It is not HIPPAA compliant which we had to formulate a work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about When I Work?

The scheduling area is great! They have an auto-fill and you can create multiple areas and assign each employee to the correct area. They also have amazing customer service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

You cannot remove individual messages from the chat. You have to remove the entire thread and then recreate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about When I Work?

I like that everything I need is in one place. I also like that I can see the team schedule as well as my own personal schedule. It was easy to implement for the team and with how much we use it, I'm glad it's such an easy system to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like its intuitive ease of use. I like the ease of use for the employees in getting set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that we are not able to designate what supervisor/manager requests and notifications go to and that they just go to everyone classified as a supervisor/manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jeremy here with Customer Care, thank you so much for providing the review. I'd be happy to assist with notifications.

When assigning users with the Role Manager and Supervisor they would receive notifications for users that share the same scheduling assignments as their profiles. You can assign specific schedules to the Manager Role, this would still allow them to view all schedules but only give them notifications for users who are assigned to the same schedule. You can assign Supervisor Role users to specific schedules, this would limit them to view only the schedules and users that are assigned to the same schedules as them and would send notifications based on those schedules.

"It's an okay scheduling program"
What do you like best about When I Work?

The actualy scheduling program is strong enough for my needs and stragihtforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

The chat funcation is one of the worst things about this program. Messages get deleted before sending, messages don't get sent at all, and no amount of support tickets helps this problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
