Scheduling and time clocks are easy, running reports on the payroll has a great breakdown and is easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had the hardest time getting it to work nicely with Gusto. We have accounts for multiple locations and we have employees that need to have access to each location so they are added as admins. Because they are not on the payroll we can't get gusto to accept the reports from WIW and transfer everything over cohesively. Because of this HR has to rekey all the hours worked for each employee and it's so tedious. We also wish that they had more adaptability based on the state you're operating in. For example we have employees in CA and there are so many extra rules in CA that aren't easy to accommodate in WIW. The system doesn't flag split shifts, missed meal break premiums (it sort of does this one) or partial shift premiums. This adds a lot more manual work for our HR team.
