What I liked best about using the Whova app was how it brought everything I needed for the event into one convenient place. The app made it incredibly easy to access the full agenda, session descriptions, and even room maps, so I never felt lost or out of the loop.

I especially appreciated the networking features-being able to scan QR codes and view attendee profiles, send messages, and exchange contact information digitally helped me connect with the right people and made professional networking feel effortless.

The interactive elements, like live polls and Q&A during sessions, kept me engaged, and the personalized schedule and reminders ensured I didn’t miss anything important. Sharing experiences through photos and updates was fun, and I found the app’s interface intuitive and easy to use. I never did figure out how you can download all the attendees into an excel spread sheet. Downloading the leads who I scanned the QR codes worked flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

as an organizer it was very tough to find the Newest Registrants. The export report does not include registration dates, there is not any filter for which we could pull the report to just see the registrations as of a specific date. Also when pulling the report we could not find out the changes in registration easily- such as those whose registration might have been removed/deleted/canceled after the last time the report was pulled.

What I like best about Whova is how everything related to an event is organized in one place. It’s super easy to check schedules, connect with other attendees, and get real-time updates without missing anything. The networking feature is also really useful for making meaningful connections. Sometimes the interface feels a little crowded with too many options on one screen, which can be confusing at first. Also, notifications can get overwhelming if you’re part of multiple sessions or groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My primary dislike about Whova was the outdated UI styling. I think I also would have preferred for the Logistics information to be more front-and-center since it was hard to find a couple of times. Maybe Logistics should be in the navigation bar at the bottom and the Community discussion board Or Messages can be in the Additional Resources section. I didn't use the Messages feature at all, so it didn't need to be in the bottom nav bar. It would also be neat if the My Agenda page had a Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I like best is that the information is easy to find. I was able to review the available sessions, read details, choose the options that best suited my needs, and the agenda allowed me the ability to not have to remember what I selected. I don't think I properly connected my account across devices - so I had some information on my phone, others on my laptop and still others on my iPad. It worked but requires some cross-referencing for my conference summary report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Effortless, real-time networking tool that can be accessed 24/7. Imagine access to networking with frequent usage. This is an added benefit for those conferencing from different time zones.

Engagement and learning about others interests and goals.

Access to all workshops over a period of time rather than making an impulsive decision on the day of the conference.

The number ONE gripe (my third time sharing)

There needs to be better control on the points. Attendees did not have integrity and would write one word responses to create a sentence to earn points. Essentially this takes away from the fun gaming aspect because of the lack of "real responses" to earn points.

The points should start new at each conference for each attendee.

I asked a WHOVA rep in customer support on how to turn off notifications on my computer and never received a response. I should receive a response beyond "sales". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Whova app helped me see what was happening, and the speakers. It also showed me what company, and their positions. I liked that it added my interests to my agenda and I could easily nagivate to that portion of the app for quicker access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The meet up section was not showing up consistently. I had to keep refreshing before the link appeared. The app never failed to load as a whole. The hotel was very large, and the connectivity and availablility was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed how simple the app is to use. I really like how direct the titles of the tabs and bottons. Even with the amount of things that the app has a lot to offer, I was able to understand how to use everything in under 5 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
