What do you like best about WorkBright?

WorkBright has been a saving grace for our remote folks, as well as ensuring compliance with on-site employees. We use WorkBright for all new hires, and even used it for our I-9 audit. The platform is easy to navigate, and the few cases we ran into tech trouble, the support team was quick to respond and walked us through the issue promptly. Getting our account setup was a breeze, and took less than a week to send out our first request. What do you dislike about WorkBright?

Some new hires that aren't tech savy can have a hard time logging in or assigning a remote verifier. It would be nice if WorkBright integrated with our HRIS system, Paylocity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WorkBright has been a wonderful platform for our remote employees, saving their managers a significant amount of time. What do you like best about WorkBright?

I love the ease of use for administrators. You simply send the implementation team your forms and they ensure that all appropriate fields can be autofilled, that they're easy for staff to fill out and that they're able to be used on both phones and laptops. It gives me peace of mind that the forms will be filled out correctly and the interface on the back end makes it very easy to track my staff's progress on their forms as well. As an employer who staffs seasonal workers it is very important to have a consistent and easy work flow and workbright delivers that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest complaint I hear about WorkBright is related to uploading documents. While the platform is mobile-friendly, some users, including myself, have encountered difficulties with the mobile interface, especially when it comes to uploading identification documents. What do you like best about WorkBright?

WorkBright was an absolute essential part of our complying with the federal mandate (USCIS) to verify employees in person that were verified in the past, remotely, due to Covid. Their process was easy to understand and captured the data in its entirety. The I-9 process today is the same; new employees get verified by having an Authorized Representative verify their ID's and this gets recorded on the WorkBright system for compliance. What do you dislike about WorkBright?

What do you like best about WorkBright?

Very easy to create a new employee or prospective employee and send them an offer in seconds. Love the eVerify integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkBright?

It is difficult or impossible to make small changes to one offer for one employee, like add a line or edit a line in the offer letter. I would like to see the program generate the offer letter from the stored template, but then let me edit that one instance before sending it. I also find it difficult to create rules and adjust who gets one documents in a way that is easy to understand. The product is best for smaller businesses, and I think we will eventually grow out of it. I also find that new-document creation often requires tech support, which can take days. Customers should be able to upload most conventional documents without needing help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkBright?

I use WorkBright for onboarding paperwork, and keeping up on credentials. The ease of requesting a new submission through the platform makes the job a bit easier. Also, I love that you're able to create groups of forms easy to assign depending on the position they're hired for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkBright?

I've been sitting here, going through the platform clicking on multiple different tabs trying to find something that I'm not thrilled with. I believe the only downside is actually having to go in to supplemental and clicking on Add File prior to picking my file.
