What do you like best about YouScan?

We use this tool to do our social media listening, and it's been a game-changer. We've been able to find and participate in conversations that we would have otherwise missed. The starter plan is a great value! The visual and audio insights are something we couldn't find with other social listening platforms. They also offer excellent customer support. What do you dislike about YouScan?

Compared to other social listening platforms, the UX isn't the best, and it can be a little clunky. I would not recommend it for team members who have a hard time learning new technology. I also wish there were a mobile app. The website doesn't work well on a mobile device, and being able to access insights on the go is paramount for social media teams. What do you like best about YouScan?

YouScan is the best "bang for your buck" tool on the social listening market right now. Unlike other platforms, it will not break the bank, and still comes with an extremely wide breadth of sources including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, which can be difficult to access on other social listening tools. The geographic range of sources was the top selling point for my team, as we required deep reseach capabilities in Central Asia, a region that is not well covered under other social listening tools. YouScan is on the leading edge of innovation, with tools like visual recognition and Copilot integration that are unmatched on the current market. I've found YouScan to be easy to use, though I had a background in social listening beforehand. But with the level of detailed attention and eager support provided by YouScan's customer service, I think anyone can take advantage of their services and quickly learn to use YouScan to its best capability. My team has used Youscan for nearly a year, to great success, monitoring two large infrastructure projects in an extremely complex information environment with a multitude of stakeholders and many misinformation campaigns. What do you dislike about YouScan?

My only complaint about YouScan is the user interface for writing queries, which could be improved. It would be nice if the topics included subtopics, so writers do not have to manage such large queries. It's not impossible, but could be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YouScan?

The platform's interface and visual layout are easy to understand and use. The charts are super clean and easy to export or adjust based on what you need. This has made my reporting much more comprehensive and faster than other tools. I love the variety of options YouScan has to filter data, particularly across sentiment and visual. What do you dislike about YouScan?

I wish the search feature had a few more capabilities similar to the Topics. Sometimes, I need a bit more data but don't want to create a full topic. The query building system is also a bit complicated to understand compared to previous tools I've used, but primarily because of the variety of options you can narrow down a conversation by. What do you like best about YouScan?

I really enjoy working with YouScan. The platform stands out for its ease of use and simple implementation, which significantly simplifies work and saves time. I would also like to highlight the high level of customer support — the team always responds to requests quickly and professionally, taking individual needs into account. I use the service frequently because of its stability and convenience. The functionality is rich and diverse, allowing efficient handling of various tasks, and integration with other systems goes smoothly. I use the Custom Dashboards; they help me quickly create reports and see how different topics compare.

The sentiment analysis doesn't always work correctly. Occasionally, the system might misinterpret the emotional tone of comments, requiring manual intervention and adjustments.

What do you like best about YouScan?

We needed an expansive, nimble and rich social listening tool that handles a constant flow of incoming research requests. YouScan delivered on this and more, especially with strong insights in mention audience demographics as well as deep TIkTok coverage.

What do you dislike about YouScan?

It allows not only to track mentions of our brand in real time, but also to understand the visual context in which it appears, something that few tools offer. Additionally, the platform is very intuitive, has customizable dashboards, and its alert system helps us react quickly to any important situation. In general, I am very satisfied with YouScan. If I had to mention something, it would be that at first the learning curve can seem a bit steep due to the number of features it offers.
