What do you like best about 401GO?

Interface looks great/very easy to use. This has been by far the easiest 401k to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 401GO?

Client face connection. I would have liked to have had more connections and meetings with the service team for implementation. It seemed like that was lacking a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering 401GO:

Simple to use. The interface is very user friendly.Very intuitive. There is not a ton of clutter. Their system for the most part seems to work very well. I am used to other 401 providers and administrators with very clunky websites. The only thing that was a little bit concerning is that they seem to be less hands-on. I remember working with other 401k providers and having multiple meetings and phone calls. With them, it was just a meeting here and there and submitting your data and they took care of it. The 401Go solution has brought simplicity to our 401k needs. Employee change requests are immediate, they have access to a large assortment of investment options and the technology makes the process easy to use. It would be great if they were able to add an option where individual equities could be purchased in addition to the fund lineup that is available. While the fund lineup is extremely robust, this would be a welcomed addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 401GO?

How painless and fast it was to set up a 401(k) plan. It's supposed all the previous notions I had of how complex and time-intensitive it's supposed to be to set up a 401(k) plan. Also, the investment options are amazing (large line-up from DFA, Vanguard, Fidelity, Schwab, and many other fund fami) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 401GO?

Visuals (performance charts, asset allocation graphics, etc.) are extremely lacking, but this is an early-stage company that is rapidly growing. I fully expect to see them add features as time goes on to compensate for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering 401GO:

You're not going to find a platform as low of cost as this that also has the same quality of investment options as this. At the current time they don't have after-tax contribution and in-plan Roth conversion features though, so if you need that it won't work right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for these suggestions Justin. Just to clarify, we do support both traditional and Roth contributions. I'm glad you found the setup to be painless! We've worked hard on that feature! And you are right, we rolled out some new reporting capabilities last year, but the dashboards will continue to improve over time.
