Listrak offers a very strong suite of tools for omnichannel marketing — especially when it comes to email, SMS, and automation. The platform’s segmentation capabilities are solid, and once set up, the workflows run smoothly.

Listrak is the best.

They have experts that help with everything, from the initial onboarding through maintenance and growing your lists or holiday planning. The platform is easy to navigate and use. The implementation was super easy thanks to their team. Integrating them to our sites was super easy for our development team. They have 24-hour support, so the US, CA and EU team can always reach out if they need help. We typically send 1-2 emails a week, and 1 SMS.
