User-friendly interface/design, powerful capabilities, device/patch management. It's very easy to see the device's status and everything you need to quickly troubleshoot any issues. It's very convenient to use RMM for remote troubleshooting.
The management, policy, and "pyramid" policy structure is one of my favorite parts, alongside the nice features like live console. We attempted using other RMMs like ConnectWise and were extremely unhappy with the glitchiness, missing features, and overall less capable platforms. We have deployed this across our entire fleet and have switched our entire teams remote access to it. Deploying the RMM agent is extremely easy with the installer. I have had to use customer support once or twice and each time they have been super helpful and quick to respond. This again, compares from previous experiences with other companies, that had less than stellar support to say the least.
I can see all of my assets in one location. I can remote in to devices to solve user problems.
