Ruth has been the Managing Partner at Talk Shoppe since 2011, where she applies her extensive experience from her previous roles in ad agencies and at Nielsen. She has a wealth of experience with integrated research projects, particularly consumer purchase journeys and illuminating target markets. She works across tech, social media, and entertainment sectors, developing narratives connecting with advertisers and audiences.
Her media and communications planning background has given her a broad perspective on the advertising industry. This, combined with her ability to analyze complex consumer behaviors, enables her to create effective strategies for clients like Meta, Netflix, YouTube and Pinterest.
Ruth is actively involved in her community outside of work, including a leadership role in the PTA. She enjoys running, is a super fan of Pearl Jam, and loves spending time outdoors with her family in LA, showing her appreciation for the local culture with a specific passion for the LAFC soccer team.
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Stingray Advertising North America, Ryan Fuss is responsible for driving the company’s unified retail media strategy across the U.S. and Canada. Previously Senior Vice President for the Canadian division, Fuss has been with Stingray Advertising since 2018 and is a renowned media and technology professional with 24 years of industry experience.
His career includes leadership roles at Alliance Atlantis, Bell Media, and Yahoo!, as well as tenures as Chief Revenue Officer at Vice Canada and SVP, Media Solutions at Blue Ant Media, where he built highly successful integrated media businesses. A graduate of Sheridan College’s Advertising program, Ryan is focused on forging influential partnerships and accelerating growth in the North American retail media market.
Jack joins the IAB with over 20 years of experience at platforms, brands, and agencies leading global research and insights initiatives that foster smarter business decisions. An enthusiastic data-driven storyteller, he’s passionate about exploring the boundaries of research to elevate industry intelligence and strives to inspire action through insights.
Prior to joining the IAB Jack led and scaled global research, insights, and measurement teams at rapidly emerging digital media platforms including Microsoft, EA, LinkedIn, and Spotify. Most recently Jack was at Reddit, where he established the Marketing Sciences organization responsible for advancing ad measurement capabilities and partnerships, producing research amplifying industry awareness and understanding of online communities, and uncovering contextual insights and identifying audience trends that tell the world about their world.
Jack and his teams have accepted awards from industry bodies such as the Advertising Research Foundation and the Insights Association, and he’s had the pleasure of sharing research findings in publications and on industry stages around the globe. He attended Washington University in St. Louis, earning degrees from the Olin School of Business and the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts.
Paul Longo serves as General Manager, AI in Ads for Microsoft Advertising, where he leads a global team responsible for taking Microsoft’s AI solutions to market. His work focuses on driving adoption, integrating AI technologies into advertising products, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning Microsoft as a leader in AI-driven advertising solutions.
Paul works closely with brands, agencies, partners, and Microsoft’s product and engineering teams to ensure the voice of the customer is deeply embedded in everything the organization builds. His role sits at the intersection of innovation, partnerships, sales, and product development—an exciting space where he helps shape the future of advertising at Microsoft.
Over his 14+ year career at Microsoft, Paul has led a variety of business units, including Agency Development, Display and Native Partnerships, and Retail Media. Prior to joining Microsoft, he held leadership roles at advertising agencies and brands, including Publicis and L’Oréal.
He is a frequent speaker on the topics of media, creativity, and technology, a champion of inclusive workplace culture, and the founder of the Microsoft Advertising Accessibility Community. Paul is also deeply committed to giving back, actively supporting several nonprofit organizations including the Rutgers Business School RSVP program (as a founding member) and COOP Careers.
Nicholas has more than 15 years of experience in digital advertising, technology development, and management roles. At Koddi, he oversees daily operations and client success, working directly with technology, product, and service resources to ensure total accountability and service to some of the world’s top brands. Nicholas has founded and grown successful businesses in structured data, local data management, and conversion optimization and held technology leadership roles working with top global clients at iProspect, one of the world’s top digital advertising agencies.
