We are constantly dealing with poor support for our Zoho CRM Extension with Shopify. The most recent issue is that Shopify has made some updates, but the Zoho CRM Extension has not been updated to work properly with the CRM. We do not care if it is Flow or Deluge, but a fix must be made. I have completed many screen share sessions, emailed screen shots, did several chats, and there is still no fix. There are times where we have had to work on issues for more than 6 months with Support.
